CARROT BREAD | |
2 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. vegetable oil 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 c. sifted flour 1 c. grated carrots 1/4 c. pecans Mix all ingredients well, by hand; pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Glaze (optional) : Cover bread while warm. Mix equal parts: 1/2 c. light cream 1 tsp. vanilla |
