ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
2 cans of asparagus (drained and cut in bite-size pieces)
2 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs or Cheez Its
Butter

Combine beaten eggs, soup, cheese and mayonnaise. Fold in asparagus and pour into a greased casserole dish. Cover with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
