ASPARAGUS HOT DISH 
2 cans asparagus, drained
2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. Ritz crackers
1/3 stick butter, melted

Mix asparagus, milk, cheese, eggs and crackers gently. Pour into 2 quart buttered casserole dish. Crush a few crackers on top and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
