2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
Garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Place in 9x13 pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
