DOC'S SPICY FISH SAUCE 
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. Zatarains Creole Mustard (no substitutes)
Dash of Worcestershire

Blend the creams and mustard in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce just before removing from heat. May be served hot over fish, broccoli, chicken.
