PEACHES AND CREAM PIE 
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
3 tbsp. butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
29 oz. can sliced peaches, drain and reserve syrup
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Grease sides and bottom of a 10-inch deep-dish pie pan. Mix flour, salt, baking powder and pudding mix. Mix in butter, egg and milk. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour mixture into the pie pan. Arrange the peach slices on the top.

In small bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons reserved peach syrup. Beat for 2 minutes. Spoon this mixture over the peaches to within one-inch of the pan edge. Mix together 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over the top.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Chill before serving.
