SLIVERED SLAW 
Red cabbage
Purple onion rings
Clove garlic, chopped
Fresh parsley, chopped

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
Coarse ground pepper
Dill weed

Chop red cabbage. Mix dressing. Add to cabbage, onion, garlic and parsley. Serve after refrigerated. Serves 6.
