VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 boxes frozen broccoli
1 box Stove Top stuffing
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. mayonnaise

Beat eggs. Add soup, mayonnaise, shredded cheese and cooked, drained broccoli. Spread into 11 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Prepare Stove Top stuffing according to package except use 1 1/2 cups water. Spread stuffing over top of casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
