1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 egg
2 large apples, diced
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Sift flour, soda, salt and sugar in one bowl. Mix oil, egg, apples, nuts and vanilla in separate bowl. Mix together in greased iron skillet.

Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes.
