1 cut-up chicken
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. spicy mustard
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 sm. onion
1-2 cloves garlic, minced

Mix last 5 together and pour over chicken in a baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, basting. Serve with rice. Serves 4.
