SOUR CREAM CORNBREAD 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. dairy sour cream

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat egg, milk and butter together. Add milk mixture and sour cream to dry ingredients. Stir just until dry ingredients are blended. Pour into buttered 8 inch square baking pan. Bake 20-25 minutes.
