VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 sm. frozen mixed vegetables, cook, drain and cool
3-4 pieces celery, cut fine
1/2 c. diced onion, cut fine
1/2 c. green pepper, diced fine
2 c. spiral shell noodles, cook, drain and cool
1 c. red kidney beans, drained

DRESSING:

2/3 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 heaping tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
2 heaping tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt

Use saucepan; stir in stove at low heat until thickens. Do not let get dark or too thick. Cool, pour over first mixture and refrigerate overnight.
