BEEF-POTATO SUPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk (soup can)
2-3 potatoes, sliced
Salt and pepper as desired

In large skillet, brown beef and onion; drain fat. Add mushroom soup, milk, potatoes, salt and pepper to beef mixture. Stir and mix well. Cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally. Add a little water if you like a thinner sauce.
