ITALIAN BEEF SUPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 med. tomato, cut in wedges
1 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Bird's Eye Italian style vegetables with a seasoned sauce
1 c. Minute rice

Brown beef in skillet. Add salt, tomato, water, and frozen vegetables; bring to a full boil over medium heat, separating vegetables with a fork and stirring to blend sauce cubes. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 2 minutes. Bring again to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Makes 4 or 5 servings.
