CHICKEN CHOW MEIN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can chow mein vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cooked chopped chicken (or 1 can boned chicken)
3/4 c. grated cheese
1 sm. can chow mein noodles
2 tsp. soy sauce

Blend soup and milk together. Stir in drained vegetables, soy sauce and chicken. Cover with noodles. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
