HONEY DILLS 
3 c. vinegar
2 c. water
1 1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. pickling salt

Soak cucumbers overnight in ice water. Quarter pickles lengthwise and pack in jars. In each jar add 1 clove garlic, 1 red pepper and dill. Boil the ingredients above for syrup. Pour hot solution over pickles and seal.
