COLORADO POTATOES 
3/4 lb. bacon
5 or 6 lg. red potatoes
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 sm. can whole kernel corn

Cut bacon into bite size pieces and fry, but not crispy. Add onion, bell pepper and potatoes, which also should be cut into bite size pieces. Add salt and pepper. Cook until potatoes are almost done, then add corn. Continue to cook until potatoes are done.
