CHICKEN WELLINGTON 
Thaw 6 Pepperidge Patti Shells. Roll individually. Salt 6 boned, skinned chicken breasts (1/2's) with Beau Monde (Spice Island). Wrap the rolled shell around breast with seam under (close ends) on greased pan. Refrigerate until ready to bake. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serve with sauce.

SAUCE:

1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (or fresh)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. water (from can of mushrooms)
1 oz. fresh diced green onion
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. Beau Monde

Saute mushrooms, onions in butter. Add soup, water and seasoning. Heat and serve.
