CHILI SAUCE 
18 tomatoes, scalded and peeled
2 bunches celery
5 green peppers
6 onions
3 c. vinegar
3 c. sugar (brown or white)
1 tbsp. salt

Using a grinder or food processor, grind all the vegetables and let them drain. Simmer all the ground up vegetables and the rest of the ingredients until they are as thick as you like. Add 1 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon allspice, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon red pepper, and 2 teaspoons cloves. Boil for 5 minutes and can.
