CAJUN SEASONING 
1/4 cup kosher salt
1/4 cup cayenne pepper
1/4 cup paprika
1/4 cup ground black pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder
2 tbsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. ground white pepper
2 tbsp. dried oregano
2 tbsp. dried thyme

Take a large bowl and add your kosher salt, spices and herbs. Whisk together until well-blended. Take a gallon Mason jar with a funnel and store your seasoning mix. This amount should last about 6 months to 1 year.
