ALMOND-CURRIED FRUIT 
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained
1 (6 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1/3 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. curry powder

Arrange fruit in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with almonds. Combine butter, sugar, and curry powder and sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
