AUNT LOUISE'S DESSERT 
1 pkg. Anisette sponge or toast cookies
1 container Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Cut Anisette cookies in half lengthwise. Prepare puddings in separate bowls according to package directions. In 8x8x2 pan or whatever size you prefer, layer first Anisette cookies, then chocolate pudding. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle crumbs on top.

By preparing sugar-free puddings with skim milk and using "lite" Cool Whip, this dessert can be low calorie.
