LASAGNE

1 lg. box lasagne noodles (cooked al dente)
1 (24 oz.) cottage cheese
3 eggs
2 tsp. parsley
2 lbs. Mozzarella
8 oz. Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Use a 17 x 11 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch pan or two 9x13 inch.

Boil noodles to al dente, do not over cook - follow cooking directions on box.

Combine cottage cheese, egg and parsley; mix well. Set aside.

Pour 2 cups sauce on bottom of 17 x 11 1/2 inch pan. Begin layers with noodles, cover bottom very well, top with sauce, sliced meatballs, cottage cheese mixture, Mozzarella and Parmesan. Then repeat until pan is full. Last layer should end up with Mozzarella on top. Cook covered for about 1 hour. Remove cover, let cook until all bubbly in center.
