WASHINGTON CHERRY CHEESE CAKE | |
2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 1/2 stick butter, melted 1 1/4 c. sugar 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 2 eggs 1 can cherry pie filling Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Line baking pan with crumb mixture; set aside. Beat together cream cheese, remaining 1 cup sugar, and eggs until smooth and creamy. Pour cheese filling into graham cracker lined pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Spread pie filling on top. |
