HOT BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. celery, chopped (cooked in broth)
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1/2 c. mayonnaise (add more if needed to mix well)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. potato chips, crushed

Combine chicken, celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and onions. Pour into a greased casserole. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake 20 minutes in 400 degree oven. Remove from oven and top with grated cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
