BAKERS BUNS 
2 cakes yeast
1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 c. milk, scalded
6 tbsp. shortening
4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
7 c. flour

This is a very soft dough. Let rise then form into buns or may roll dough on floured board and cut out. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
