CHEESY POTATO BAKE 
6 med. potatoes
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Boil potatoes in jackets in salted water. When cooked chill, then peel and cut into bowl. Combine next 5 ingredients. Turn mixture into 1 1/2 quart dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350°F.
