NO PEEK BEEF 
2 lb. diced beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (you can use fresh if preferred)
1/2 pkg. Lipton's dry onion soup mix
1 can water
Pearl onions (optional)
1/2 c. red wine (optional)

Mix all ingredients together in covered casserole. Cook for 3 hours at 325 degrees and don't peek!

Serve over hot buttered noodles or rice. A great EASY company meal served with wild rice, salad and hot crusty bread!
