I too used spenda instead of sugar and sugar free coolwhip for my diabetic uncle. It DOES NOT TASTE SUGAR FREE! IT WAS EXCELLENT! I used about 3/4 cup splenda and used 16 oz cream cheese to make it a better consistency.

Super awesome! I made a birthday blueberry cheesecake for my husband. I used a fourth of a cup of sugar and one and a half cream cheese's and it's great! Will use again!

OMG!!! Super easy super tasty. Made it for the first time today. I read reviews and tweaked recipe. Doubled the cream cheese and vanilla, added 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cool-whip and 1 (8 oz.) tub sour cream, cut the sugar to 1/3 cup. Chilled in freezer. Took it out while cooked dinner (approx 30-40 minutes) to thaw. Then topped with freshly frozen blueberries and strawberries. Yum yum yum!!!

Awesome recipe :-) I just finished making this heavenly cheesecake! I did as Dawn B. did! Only I added approx 3 tbsp. lemon juice and used little over 1/4 cup sugar. Family loved it. Will be making this one for Thanksgiving... And Christmas too. Lol.

Been making this for years, it's a great base recipe, except I always add 1 tablespoon pure almond instead of vanilla. We are almond lovers so the more the better. This time I tried 3 tablespoons cocoa powder with it, turned out phenomenal!!! Now tomorrow I'm going to try using a baked crust to my chocolate almond delight vs graham cracker ;-)

Every time there is a get-together I have to make a cheesecake with strawberries or pineapple put into it or sometimes I use chocolate chips in the cheese cake because all my family love it and has me make it.
