2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
8 oz. dairy sour cream

Sift flour, this is a must to sift the flour. Melt butter and add to flour. Add sour cream and mix all together. Pour into greased muffin tin and bake in a 400 degree oven until golden brown.
