MICHIGAN'S GREATEST BLUEBERRY MUFFINS | |
1/2 cup vegetable oil 3/4 cup milk 1 egg 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/3 cup sugar 3 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 cup fresh blueberries Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease 12 muffin cups. Beat oil, milk and egg together. Stir in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt until the flour is wet. Gently folk in the blueberries. Pour batter into muffin cups (2/3 full).
