SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) hash brown potatoes
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can potato soup
1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
Onion to taste
Parsley for color

Salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
