GOLFERS' CROCK POT ROAST | |
4 to 5 lbs. beef roast 4 potatoes 2 onions 5 carrots Salt & pepper to taste MARINADE: 1 1/2 c. water 5 oz. soy sauce 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. lemon juice 4 oz. Bourbon 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Marinate roast in refrigerator the night before. Next morning, pare and cut vegetables into chunks. Place vegetables in crock pot. Put roast on top and add 1/2 cup marinade. Set crock pot on low and cook 10 to 12 hours. Now go enjoy your day at the golf course. |
