CORN SOUFFLE 
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 egg
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained

Melt 1 stick butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish. In another bowl, mix other ingredients. Pour in buttered dish. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown.
