PUDDING DELIGHT 
1 angel food cake
1 lb. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. carton sour cream
1 can blueberry, cherry, or peach pie filling

Break cake into bite-size pieces and put in large bowl. Mix instant pudding; add sour cream to pudding before it jells.

Pour over cake pieces; cover top with your choice of pie filling. Chill.
