CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE SQUARES 
3 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped hazelnuts
1 c. miniature marshmallows

GLAZE:

4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 c. whipping cream

Melt chocolate and butter together. Stir until smooth. Cool slightly. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla thoroughly. Stir in chocolate mixture. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into chocolate batter with marshmallows and nuts. Mix well. Spread in 8 inch pan lined with aluminum foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not over bake. (They get firmer on cooling.) Cool. Remove from pan and invert onto waxed paper. Smooth bottom should be on top.

GLAZE: Melt chocolate and cream together. Stir until smooth, spread over squares. Chill to set glaze. Store in refrigerator.
