APPLE-CHEDDAR EGG SCRAMBLE 
2 eggs
1 tsp. honey
1/2 c. grated unpeeled apples
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. cubed Cheddar cheese

Lightly beat the eggs with the honey in a small bowl. Stir in the grated apples. Heat butter in a skillet and when butter foams, add the egg mixture and cheese cubes. Stir a few times until eggs are cooked, about 3 minutes. Serves 1 to 2.
