CHICKEN AND YELLOW RICE 
1 fryer (cut up)
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 bay leaf
1 env. Vigo (True Spanish flavor)
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
2 tbsp. salt
1 fresh tomato, diced
1/2 green pepper
1 lb. Long Grain Rice (washed in cold water)

Substitute paprika, cornstarch, monosodium glutamate, saffron. Boil chicken and remove from broth. Divide into bite size pieces and set aside. Measure broth to determine amount of rice to add. Add rice and other ingredients. Bring to a boil and let simmer 25 to 30 minutes. Add chicken and stir.
