PORK STEAK AND RICE 
2 or 3 pork steaks
1 c. regular white rice
1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. oil to brown steaks

Brown steaks in large frying pan, set aside in lid. Mix other ingredients in frying pan, lay steaks on top. Cover and cook in oven 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Use a large frying pan with lid to cook and serve in same pan.
