BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. blueberries
2 tsp. sugar for top of muffins

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, add rest of dry ingredients alternately with milk. Mash 1/2 cup of berries and stir in. Add rest of berries whole and stir. Sprinkle sugar on top. Oven temperature: 375 degrees. Time: 25-30 minutes. Yield 1 dozen.
