MARSHMALLOW FUDGE 
1/2 lb. marshmallows (32 oz. or 4 c. miniature)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

In 3 quart glass dish combine marshmallows, milk, sugar, butter and salt. Microwave on high until boils, 8 to 10 minutes, stir to blend. Microwave 3 minutes longer. Remove and stir in chips, beating until chocolate melts. Stir in vanilla. Pour into a buttered 9"x9" dish. Spread evenly. Let cool then cut. Makes 2 1/2 pounds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
