PEA SALAD 
3/4 head lettuce, chopped up
1 c. diced celery
1 box frozen peas, thawed
2 sm. onions, finely chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crispy & crumble
3 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 c. grated cheese

Toss lettuce, celery and onions. Add peas. Spread dressing over and toss lightly. Sprinkle bacon over top. Last sprinkle the cheese on salad. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
