BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. Bisquick
4 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
2 tbsp. soft shortening
1 pt. blueberries

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients except blueberries. Beat vigorously with spoon for a half minute. Stir in blueberries. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 15 minutes. Makes 18 muffins.
