CHIPPED BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese (1/4 lb.) grated
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
1/4 lb. chipped dried beef, cut up
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Combine ingredients. Reserve some cheese to sprinkle over top. Put in greased baking dish and cover. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4-6.
