SEASONED PORK 
1/4 c. brown sugar

Add enough sherry wine to make 1/4 cup.

3/4 c. soy sauce
1 med. onion, sliced
2 to 3 cloves garlic, smashed
4 to 5 star anise
Few szechuan peppercorns
Few slices fresh ginger

Pour over country style meat in flat bottom glass container. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.

Next morning turn meat around. Marinate another 4 to 5 hours. Put in cake pan and bake at 325 to 350 degrees about 1 1/2 hours or until meat and bone separate. (Turn meat over after 1 hour.) Baste frequently or cook on grill.
