CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES 
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
Chocolate sprinkles
2 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar

Put the cream cheese, nuts, sugar and cocoa in the mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls in the palms of your hand. Spread the sprinkles on a work surface and carefully roll the truffles in them. Place each in a paper candy cup. Makes 8 truffles, but recipe can be doubled or tripled.
