STROMBOLI 
1 loaf frozen bread dough
2 eggs, separated
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 lb. pepperoni, sliced
1/4 lb. ham, sliced
1/4 lb. salami, sliced
1 lg. green pepper, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
4 slices Provolone cheese
1/2 c. tomato sauce

Thaw bread dough. Flatten on greased cookie sheet. Make a paste of 2 egg yolks, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, garlic powder, oregano, pepper and vegetable oil. Spread on dough like butter. Down the center of flatten dough layer pepperoni, ham, salami and cheese. Saute onion and pepper. Place on top of cheese. Pour sauce over this.

Fold each side of dough over the filling. Overlap as far as possible. Pinch edges. Brush top with slightly beaten egg whites. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
