CORN DELIGHT 
4 bags frozen corn kernels
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
4 basil leaves, crushed
1 tbsp. salt

"PICADILLO":

2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. oil
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 c. black olives, chopped

Saute onion in oil, add beef, water and flour. When this is all cooked, add olives. Put all this "Picadillo" in an oven proof dish. Place egg slices on top.

Blend corn in blender until mushy. Put corn in a deep pan with milk, sugar, salt, butter and basil. Over medium heat, stir constantly. Separate eggs; beat whites until stiff, beat yolks until stiff. Add to corn mixture, stirring constantly. You will know the corn mixture is ready when you see the bottom of the pan.
