"DAVE'S FAMOUS CAMPFIRE STEW" 
1 lb. beef flanken cut into chunks
3/4 c. Heinz catsup
3/4 c. Aunt Millie's Plain Spaghetti Sauce
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Bermuda onion
2 Idaho potatoes
4-5 carrots

Boil flanken in 2 quarts of water for 45 minutes. Clean and dice vegetables. Add vegetables and remaining ingredients to beef. Simmer at least 2 hours. "The longer it simmers the better the flavor." Makes great leftovers.
