SIX WEEK BRAN MUFFINS | |
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Raisin Bran cereal 3 c. sugar 5 c. flour 5 tsp. baking soda 4 eggs 1 c. oil 1 qt. buttermilk 1 tsp. salt Mix cereal, sugar, flour, soda, and salt in large bowl. Beat eggs, slightly. Add oil and buttermilk; mix into the dry ingredients. Bake in muffin tin for 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Store balance of mixture in a covered dish in refrigerator. Per serving - 136 calories, 3 g. fat, 81 g. sodium, 3 g. protein, 21 g. carbohydrates, 3 g. fiber. |
